Refund & Exchange Policy – Sakba
Due to the nature of certain products offered on the Sakba website (Sakba For Tea L.L.C – S.P.C), the following refund and exchange terms apply:
- Food Products All tea and food blends are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once opened. Food products are considered final sale upon delivery, except in the specific cases listed below. Exceptions apply only if:
- The product arrives damaged.
- An incorrect product is delivered.
- The product is expired upon delivery. Claims must be reported within three (3) days of delivery with clear photos, showing the issue and the order number.
- Non-Food Products Refund or exchange requests may be submitted within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided that the product:
- Is unused.
- Is in its original condition.
- Is in its complete original packaging.
- Shows no signs of damage or use.
Additional Conditions:
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the issue resulted from an error by Sakba.
- Sakba may deduct re-shipping, re-packaging, or processing fees if applicable.
- Items sold under special offers are non-refundable unless defective.
- No return request will be accepted without the order number and proof of purchase.

Custom or Made-to-Order Products Custom products are final and cannot be cancelled once preparation has started. They are non-refundable unless a verified manufacturing defect is reported within three (3) days of delivery with supporting photos.

Large or Special Items These items may be subject to special conditions clearly stated on the product page. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless due to Sakba's error.
Refund Processing Returned items are inspected before approval. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to Sakba's error. For Cash on Delivery orders, refund arrangements will be coordinated. Sakba reserves the right to reject non-compliant return requests. Sakba shall not be responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, banks, or payment gateways beyond its control.
