Cancellation policy

Purchase Options Cancellation Policy – Sakba
Customers may cancel any order, subscription, or purchase option only before it has been processed or shipped.
Cancellation Conditions:
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order is handed over to the shipping provider.
  • Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.
Refund Upon Cancellation: If cancellation is approved, the full amount paid will be refunded within 3–7 business days via the original payment method.
