Shipping & Delivery Policy – Sakba

Sakba (Sakba For Tea L.L.C – S.P.C) strives to deliver orders across the United Arab Emirates efficiently and reliably.
Shipping Coverage Shipping is currently available within the United Arab Emirates only.
Shipping Fees & Delivery Time We offer two shipping options based on your location to ensure our products reach you in perfect condition:
  1. Standard Delivery (Delivery across UAE):
  • Fee: AED 27
  • Delivery Time: 1 to 3 business days from order confirmation.
  • Coverage: Applies to most areas and cities within the UAE.
  1. Remote Areas Delivery:
  • Fee: AED 47
  • Delivery Time: 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation.
  • Coverage: Applies to remote and special locations, including but not limited to: certain remote areas of Al Ain (Naheal, Swehan, Al Khazneha, Al Khatam, Abu Samra, Al WaQan, Al Qouah) and the Western Region (Bedah Zayed, Al Selha, Al Rweas, Al Dhafra, Al Marfa). This list is subject to change based on the active shipping provider.
Note: If the delivery address falls within an additional-fee area and the correct shipping option was not selected at checkout, the customer will be contacted via email or WhatsApp to confirm the shipping cost prior to dispatch. If the customer does not approve the additional fee, the order will be cancelled and the full amount refunded without any deductions.

Order Processing Orders are processed and dispatched daily during working days. Delivery time is calculated from the date of order confirmation.

Shipping Responsibility Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If delivery fails due to (incorrect address, customer unavailability, failure to respond to the courier), additional re-shipping charges may apply.

Delays Sakba shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, public disruptions, regulatory decisions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Shipping Providers Sakba may use one or more shipping providers as operationally required without prior notice.
