Kettle Type: Abu Rasain kettle (traditional – double chamber)

Step 1 – Heating the Water
Fill the water reservoir in the kettle completely, then place it on the stove until the water comes to a boil.

Step 2 – Adding the Tea
Add 25g of Sakba Abq Blend to the upper chamber designated for tea.

Step 3 – Rinsing the Tea
Remove the upper chamber (tea chamber) from the kettle and pour a small amount of boiling water over the tea.
This step is only to quickly rinse the tea leaves. Discard the rinse water, then return the upper chamber back to its place.

Step 4 – Brewing
Add 300 ml of boiling water into the upper tea chamber.
Place the kettle over low heat and allow it to brew gently for no less than 20 minutes.

Step 5 – Mixing (Pouring Back and Forth)
Pour a small amount of tea into a cup, then pour it back into the upper chamber.
Repeat this process 3 times to achieve a consistent, well-balanced flavor.
